It is one of the most popular and widely practiced martial arts in the world today. Training in Taekwondo is an excellent tool for physical fitness and character development for children and adults alike. Taekwondo training includes the teaching of blocks, kicks, punches and other strikes; forms; sparring; self-defense and mental discipline. Physically, Taekwondo develops strength, speed, balance, flexibility, stamina, and self-confidence.

I am an ex-professional taekwondo player, who has experience within the dojang securing some championship titles along the way. I have practiced Martial Arts for more than 20 years, giving me time to explore all sides of the art. Taekwondo is a way of life, I am enjoying to live.

My talents lay with training young children. I have more than 6 years of Taekwondo experience up my sleeve in all elements; competition, traditional and teaching.
